In this pivotal role you will report to the Head of Digital and you will be accountable for the end to end delivery of communications, performance reporting and continuous improvement to deliver engaging campaigns that win new customers and delight existing followers through multi-media platforms. With a commercially savvy approach you will utilize the CRM channels in order to generate coherent campaigns that stand out and invite an increase in revenue, as well as meet customer acquisition targets. In order to do this you will work closely with the Customer Data Platform partners daily to gain insight into customer behaviours, identify trends and understand customer retention rates. You will then use this to implement offers and personalized content that ensures positive responses and drives sales.
As the CRM Subject Matter Expert, ensure you are aware of the latest trends, technology and legislation relating to customer loyalty programmes, bringing this knowledge to bear for the benefit of the wider team and business. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer data, personas and campaign flows to ensure regulatory compliance, exceptional customer experience and a continually evolving set of next best action.
This role would suit a highly ambitious and driven food marketing professional who has prior experience managing CRM, email and loyalty programs across multiple channels of distribution. You will be well versed in building and evolving engagement programs that have proven to grow loyalty and increase profit. Analytical and results driven, you will be able to expertly navigate retail CRM systems in order to gain valuable insight into customer acquisition, retention and segmentation.
