Here you will be launching innovative new to market products with a focus on health, nutrition and sustainability.
It's a great time to join this values-led food manufacturer as it embarks on an exciting period of growth. As Process Development Technologist you'll be a key part in its success - ensuring all products are scaled up effectively in the factory.
You'll be factory based, taking new products from concept sign off stage, through production trials to successful launch. You'll ensure all products are absolutely delicious and meet all required technical and quality standards. This will involve close, collaborative working with the factory production teams, jointly trouble shooting any issues along the way.
As someone who takes real pride in seeing your products on the supermarket shelves, this is a chance to work on industry leading products that are good for us and the planet.
You'll need to have experience in running production trials in a food manufacturing environment and ideally have a Food Science or similar degree. Someone who enjoys being factory based and has a passion for creating great tasting sustainable products would really suit this position.
