CI Manager | Fresh Food Manufacturing
We are working with one of the UK's leading fresh food manufacturers built around their core values of innovation, teamwork and passion; looking for a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to assist in the planning, control and coordination of all aspects of CI for the site.
In this role, as a CI Manager you will be supporting Senior Leadership Team in identifying the opportunity for step change and incremental changes, as well as implementing all LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.,
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid knowledge of and experience implementing Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing methods and have strong influencing skills. Experience working within a food manufacturing or food production environment is essential.
