We are currently short listing for an experienced Line Leader/Team Leader within a business with a reputation to write home about.
Even within the current climate, this site is stronger than ever. You will be a key player in ensuring outstanding service to their customer base and continuing to drive the team in a positive direction.
You will be a natural leader and be able to demonstrate experience overseeing small teams within the food or drinks manufacturing industry. You will be working with a dedicated work force and you will take pride in a hands on approach to management.
The role is fast paced and you will be exposed to working with a premium customer base. Thinking on your feet, with the support of your direct line manager, you will thrive within this environment and be results driven.
The site will be able to offer lots of development opportunities long term with plenty of success stories within the site. Whether you have high/low risk or packing experience, you will be able to apply your knowledge of the food industry and its standards and leadership; proving to be an asset quickly.
