This is an influential role where you will be working with the NPD Director, implementing the innovations strategy, leading your teams to develop new products and revitalising existing ranges; meeting commercial and technical requirements as well as customer briefs.
You’ll work in partnership with a number of retail customers, being the key point of contact and developing strong working relationships. Overseeing numerous categories across your customer base, you will need to be able to direct your team to produce complex products to the agreed critical path.
You will support and shape your team through motivating and inspiring them to deliver culinary innovation and excellence with pride, passion and teamwork.
We are looking for an accomplished and commercially focussed NPD Manager with experience gained from a fast paced chilled food manufacturing business. Experience of working in partnership with leading retailers and an understanding of how to deliver innovation to consumers is vital.
As a confident and dependable leader you will have previously driven the NPD agenda for multiple categories and have a boundless passion for food with a real drive to succeed. A people-person through and through, your highly developed team management experience will be proven. Furthermore, you will have a history of aligning and motivating NPD teams to perform to the absolute best of their abilities.
