Fish Coordinator

Job ref: 62687 | up to £30,000 | London

The company

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, international retailer which has a passion to deliver quality of both product and service. Their mission is to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction through constant innovation driven by their talented workforce.

The job

This role is working as part of a large, vibrant team who are passionate about the best quality standards. As Fish Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on the quality and freshness of fish products sourced by the business.

You will also recommend the best cuts of fish for the customer; including most suitable product packaging required to best display the products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Your experience

You will understand how fish products should be best displayed to be the most attractive and enticing for customers.

Academic qualifications are not essential, however any Food Safety, QA or Food Auditing training would be a benefit. Knowledge of UK retailer standards would also be advantageous.
