As Technical Administrator, you will work as part of a small and friendly team and be responsible for the completion and management of technical information and administration.
- Support in ensuring technical compliance with audit requirements
- Manage product specifications data
- Support site adherence to relevant COP’s
- Complete paperwork required for supplier approval and management
- Respond to customer complaint letters and queries
- Manage nutrition, shelf life and allergen data
- Keep an up to date knowledge of food safety and legislative requirements
To be considered for the Technical Administrator role, you will be educated to a degree level in a food science, food technology or related subject and/or possess technical/QA admin experience within a food manufacturing environment.
You will have basic knowledge of technical/quality management systems, have strong organisational and IT skills and any additional qualifications such as food safety, HACCP etc. would be a benefit.
Excellent administration skills are essential.
The Technical Administrator job is based in the Hertfordshire region and is paying £22,000 - £26,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. Benefits include 30 days holiday, pension and Friday team lunches.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
