Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a passionate, forward thinking and motivational Technical Process Manager.

In this Technical Process Manager position you will be responsible for both the QA and Process teams ensuring all products being manufactured are to the robust quality and food safety standards and meet both the customer and relevant legislation requirements. You will also ensure that new products / processes are introduced in accordance with all food safety, quality and legality requirements, managing projects related to changes in existing processes, equipment or raw materials. As a senior member of the team you will also be responsible for the company achieving the operational and strategic targets set out.

As the ideal candidate for this Technical Process Manager role you will be a Graduate with a degree within Food Science or related subject and already work within a Technical/Process Manager capacity. You will have in-depth knowledge of HACCP and Microbiology as well as being highly organised, self-motivated, forward thinking and have excellent managerial skills. Experience of working with multiple retailers would be beneficial.
