Multi-Skilled Engineer (Days based), Kent

I am recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join for a rapidly growing FMCG business.

My client is an SME who has an impressive portfolio of products that are recognised throughout the U.K

In this role you will take ownership of maintenance for two neighbouring sites reporting into the Head of Operations and Engineering, there is a very realistic progression path and my client is looking to build a small team around the successful candidate.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will have a sound knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering and will be accountable for the maintenance strategy, breakdowns and maintaining equipment and machinery, scheduling, and planning, building maintenance and site facilities.

It would be highly advantageous if you had experience programming and fault finding on PLCS.

Ideally you will have experience working in a regulated FMCG environment (Medical devices, Pharma or Food Manufacturing experience desirable).

You will have an engineering degree / 18th edition qualification or equivalent.

Please note this is a day based position.
