TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Do you have a degree in Food Science or similar and are looking for a technical role in the food industry? Do you have knowledge of current food legislation? Would you like to work for a fast growing business?

The Role 

• Ensure correct procedures are followed daily in the company’s production and warehouse areas with GMP Audits and QA checks
• Review supplier specification (raw materials and packaging) to ensure they contain correct information, ensure customer and internal specifications for new and existing products are completed on time. 
• Assist with preparation for all internal and food safety audits
• Assist in the effective completion of internal audits, customer complaint investigations
• Completion of supplier questionnaires and other customer requests/administrative tasks
