About Our Client
Our client is an innovative food manufacturing business supplying value-added products into the UK retail market.
Due to continuous business growth, they are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to be the first point of contact for UK customers.

About the Job
Within this role you will manage the UK technical team, you will provide technical information as and when required to customers, you will drive the technical agenda and vision for the business. You will ensure that all products are in line with customer codes of practice and compliant with all technical requirements. Products are manufactured outside of the UK so you will be required to travel up to 4 times per year to the manufacturing facilities.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a food technology/food science graduate with a wealth of technical experience within food manufacturing. You will have a proven track record of working in a Technical Manager position. Ideally, you will have experience in supplying own-label products to retailers. You will be a strong leader and have experience of managing a team.
You must be able to travel here in the UK and abroad.
