Role: Operations Manager
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a talented candidate to oversee a production and packing operation for a successful food manufacturing company. You will need to be forward thinking in your outlook and be prepared to lead from the front.
In your team, you will need to implement an operational strategy and deliver a high level of performance through agreed KPI's. You will need to ensure all the processes for operations are completed efficiently in cost-effective methods.
A strong leader will be required to coach and train your direct reports where necessary. Other key components of the role include labour control, budgeting and identifying areas of improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven track record as an Operations Manager position in a food business
*Proactive rather than reactive to resolve issues from arising
*Able to plan and organise Operations team for product group effectively
*Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
