Interim Operations Manager
Job ref: 62721 | up to £80,000 pro rata | West London
You will be working for an innovative and expanding food business which has won several prestigious awards for their great tasting products.
As Interim Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoice processing, customer service, logistic and supply chain functions.
You will ensure each department runs to optimum efficiency and service levels, ensure high levels of satisfaction plus identify and implement any improvements required to drive the business forwards.
This is a hands-on role where leading from the front is vital. You will also ensure the company meets health, safety, environmental and quality obligations both in compliance with legislation and company standards
To be considered for the Interim Operations Manager job, you will be highly organised, have excellent analytical skills and possess a strong operations/production management track record within food manufacturing.
A background of working in an environment supplying direct to consumer is essential.
You will have excellent team management and communication skills, be experienced in simultaneously organising multiple business functions, plus be able to coordinate teams to effectively work together.
An adaptable and flexible working style is essential and previous experience working in a food industry cross-functional role is highly desirable i.e. supply chain, productions operations and logistics.
The Interim Operations Manager job is based in West London and is paying up to £80,000 pro rata according to individual skills and previous experience.
This is an interim contract with an initial duration of approximately 3-4 months.
