We have a close-knit commercial team who are dedicated and passionate about what they do. You will be working in our bright and modern head office to make the most of this energy for 3 days per week with the other 2 days from home / with customer.

A day in the life of a Senior National Account Manager:

We make delicious salad meals, coleslaw, potato salad, bagged salads and leafy salad bowls. Our products are stocked by leading Retail supermarkets & restaurant chains and consumed by millions of customers in the UK, so you may well have eaten something made by us!

This is a classic and hands on Senior Account Management role where you will use your experience and relationship building skills. You will be working closely with a top 4 high-profile major supermarket Retailer on a multimillion-pound account, ensuring that we continuously deliver the high standards that we promise.

You will have P&L responsibility and there is plenty of opportunity for future growth and an opportunity to make your mark.

We are currently tendering for more business with this customer which if successful will triple the size of the account so experience of implementing new business wins of a large scale would be very desirable.

The categories you will work with include Food2Go salads, bagged salads and coleslaw. As these products are complex from a Technical perspective with allergens and specific requirements, experience within fresh/chilled/produce is essential.

We always strive to delight our customers so you will build close partnership style relationships with them, deliver creative presentations and attend events. You will use your commercial acumen to work strategically and seek ways to add value to your Retailer Account which in turn will create success and growth for all.

As a Senior NAM you will have a NAM reporting in to you which you will mentor and develop passing on your experience and helping them grow their knowledge.

We are a private label business predominantly but launched our very own brand called FLiNG this year.

We always welcome fresh ideas and creativity. The food industry is always changing so if you are inquisitive, forward thinking and keep up to date with the changing landscape then you will succeed.

You will also work cross-functionally with different areas of the business and use their expertise including Category, NPD, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.

About you:
  • An ambitious Senior NAM looking for a big opportunity.
  • Experience leading on top 4 multi million pound Food Retailer accounts.
  • Food industry experience - fresh, produce or chilled foods experience essential.
  • Natural communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with good commercial acumen.
  • Gravitas and credibility.
  • Hands on, hungry and ambitious.
