The food and beverage sector is very buoyant and whilst this year has not been without its challenges, at Focus we have kept busy throughout and have won more work with a broader cross section of clients than ever.
We work on both contingency and retained projects for start-ups, SMEs and major PLC players. Our business generation is through our extensive networks, referrals and recommendation - having been successful in our sector for 30 years we have developed a great reputation in it. We are interested in great people with excellent demonstrable achievements in the recruitment sector, and whilst experience in the Food and Beverage arena is our preference, we are interested in the broader FMCG sector or with a specific area of specialism, Logistics, Robotics, IT, AI and Supply Chain.
Permanent and Interim recruiters are all welcome, as well as full time or part time working options. Location is flexible as we have always embraced remote working believing being spread nationally is a great benefit to our clients and contacts alike.
Most important is having proven recruitment experience with the energy and the tenacity to see projects through to a successful conclusion for our clients, and be able to demonstrate strong network and ongoing working relationships.
