As the HR manager for this entrepreneurial business, you will have the opportunity to assist with the design and delivery of all HR services that support the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with line managers to coach and support them with employee matters such as PDR’s, ER, mediation and handling grievances in line with company policies and procedures.
Additional accountabilities will include owning companywide process for new joiners and staff development, ensuring the HR systems are consistently up to date, managing payroll, supporting and implementing continuous improvements to drive HR initiatives and deliver KPI’s. Furthermore you will be involved with site management meetings, promoting and implementing new HR policies to ensure the efficient running of the department as well as the wider business.

You’ll be positive, engaging, influential, and have a passion for people! You will provide the best level of advice and support and will take a hands-on approach to working with line managers to achieve the best results.
