Great opportunity for Technicians to join a market-leading business in Bourne
My client is a market-leading FMCG business who are looking for skilled Technicians to join the team as they continue to grow. You will be part of a company that is passionate about training and development and can offer genuine career progression.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for assisting management in ensuring the smooth running of the production facility taking ownership of a small team.
This is a varied role and will include helping production and engineering responsibilities with maintenance tasks.
You will work as part of a team evaluating and improving production efficiency and waste management as well as being an advocate for health and safety across the site and completing full hygiene cleans.
Ideally, you will have worked at a fast-paced manufacturing / FMCG business before and have an understanding and good working knowledge of first level maintenance and hygiene.
