MacGregor Black are partnering with an Innovative Food Manufacturer in the search for a Head of Research & Development - Probiotics. This is a permanent role based in Scotland.

As an expert in Probiotics you will be responsible for developing the concept through to planning the rollout of a portfolio of new products utilising the probiotic ingredient. Candidates from a Dairy / Cereal / Snacking / Short shelf life would be of particular interest.
