Production Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager on this site, you will be a key player in implementing change long term as well as driving the day to day performance.

You will have ownership of your shift and will have full autonomy over all aspects. Reporting into a Production Manager, you will be the most senior on certain shifts. Overseeing your team, you will be a natural leader that will lead by example and have a strong track records of results from creating collaborative teams.

This is a thriving environment filled with dynamic characters; cultural alignment is very important to this site. You will be passionate, engaging and an approachable character that will build rapport with your team quickly.

The site values development of individual teams; you will be exposed to further training within the business and ongoing coaching; which you will also practice with your own team.

Previously experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment is required, preferably food or further FMCG and have a good understanding of continuous improvement principles.
