Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager or Consultant to join a global Tech / Food business taking ownership of the operations strategy helping to define their future.

My client has one of the world's most recognised brands, has maintained market leadership for several years and still has exciting growth plans in place.

They have a huge drive to rebrand as a tech-focussed company that prides itself on exceptional service and people development.

I am looking for an ambitious individual who can lead operations projects to help define company structure and future planning which will be rolled across all sites within the UK & Ireland with an end goal of providing a more relevant and enjoyable customer experience.

This diverse role will be an exciting mix of project management for both short-term and long-term strategy working in collaboration with all departments including marketing, commercial, operations, technology, and IT.

You will be influential in your approach and able to articulate new innovative ideas to be presented at board level, you will need to be analytical, pragmatic, and results-driven.

Ideally, you will have an MBA and come from a consulting background with experience in leading similar large-scale projects, this role isn't for the faint-hearted and it will come with challenges however this is an exceptional opportunity to be heavily instrumental in shaping the future of the company.
