Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the production, hygiene and HSE functions operating as part of the senior team on site and reporting into the Site Director. The site is true to their values and each employee is recognised for their individual contributions. You will be passionate, personable and have a strong track record of team engagement and development.

The food industry comes with daily challenges and rewards and this role will give you plenty to get your teeth into. Based in a fast paced environment providing high quality products into retail and food service customers. It is essential that you have a career history of a similar background and have an understanding of the environment, pace and thrive in the day to day pressures so you can roll up your sleeves and get stuck straight in.

With many tools to equip you with continuous improvement across the site; you will be championing developments across the business to aid the long term strategy in place as well as short term projects. It is not essential to hold relevant qualifications for CI, this business recognises many in the industry learn on the job, however it may prove advantageous.

You will be ambitious and have operated at a senior level for several years. This is a site that can offer long term progression and development opportunities should your career goals mean you are striving for the next step over the next few years.
