Are you an Engineering Team Leader / Supervisor who has a strong food / drink / FMCG background?
Our client is a leading producer of some of the UK's best loved brands. They are seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to join their highly-skilled engineering team.
You must possess the following skills and experience:
*Qualified to level 3 in a relevant electrical discipline.
*Strong background working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*Experience leading a multi-disciplined team.
*Costing and budgeting skills.
*IT literate.
You will be responsible for:
*Planning and prioritising workload for engineering team, ensuring KPI's are met.
*Ensuring engineering team adhere to good manufacturing practices and a safe working environment is maintained.
*Assisting Maintenance Manager with planning of weekly PM's and work orders, recommending improvements where appropriate.
*Ensuring engineering team produces accurate reports and relevant documentation within agreed time-scales.
*Reviewing all modifications to machinery to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
*Supporting engineering team to achieve their potential, creating a high-performance culture.
*Supervising systems used for contractor control, ensuring documentation is correct.
