Excellent opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business taking complete ownership of the Continuous Improvement strategy implementing a strong CI culture across site.
It is refreshing to know that this market leading company has invested heavily across site recently to improve both process and people.
As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be the driving force in embedding a culture of CI within the business whilst coaching, training and developing the team in lean tools and techniques (LEAN, KAIZEN, 5s, SMED, RCA etc.) required to make operational and process improvements. You will be a strong influential leader and have a real gravitas.
You will work with in collaboration with the senior leadership team managing projects to drive operational improvements across the company. You must have the ability to present at board level articulating business improvement plans.
You will be degree educated, have Lean training and have six sigma black belt; you will have been in a CI Management role at a fast-paced manufacturer for at least 5 years leading the CI strategy across a fast-paced manufacturing business.
You will make good great, you will be strategic, pragmatic and ambitious in your approach and have the want to progress and develop.
