THE PRODUCTION MANAGER ROLE will involve taking responsibility for the management and achievement of KPI's, in relation to production efficiencies, customer service, cost control, quality and safety, through a continuous improvement approach. Other key responsibilities will include:The efficient use of raw materials and the monitoring of their usage.Monitoring the efficiency with which the factory operates and take actions to improve the performances.Working to the planning and order scheduling operation and meeting the delivery windows for all customer orders.Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between all departments to ensure timely production



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will need to have a background in Production Management within the food industry. You will also need:High level of communication skills, both written and oralAbility to think on their feet and solve problemsExcellent organisational skills including the ability to multi task Ability to work to deadlines
