About the Job
They are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Team Leader with excellent leadership ability to manage the packing lines in an efficient manner and Supervise the staff working on the line and make sure they are following the correct procedures
The Ideal Candidate
You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioural aspects of Health & Safety, Operations and Continuous Improvement.
It is essential that you a Supervisor of people with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fresh food or food manufacturing environment.
