A strategic Engineering Manager vacancy covering two sites, opportunity to make a difference and be recognised for your achievements

This Engineering Manager vacancy will be a key role with a food solutions company, which is growing from strength to strength. Their significant growth is set to continue and you'll have the opportunity as part of the leadership team to lead, manage and inspire the business to be 'best in class'.

This is an entrepreneurial business with an enviable reputation for quality, innovation and delivery. You'll find a complex process with a culture that can be defined by the passion the teams have to deliver these high-quality products.

Overseeing the engineering function, across two sites, this strategic role will focus on project management and leadership of the team, through two Maintenance Managers. This role isn't for the faint-hearted with growth levels of 70 - 80% per year there are constant changes across the business requiring a level head that can drive transformation. You will need significant leadership and project management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
