Plant Manager-Germany - Supply Chain/Food Manufacturing

This is an exciting time to join a fast growing FMCG business as they accelerate their expansion plans and build a new facility in Germany.

As Plant Manager you will lead the newly commissioned Supply Chain Centre in Germany. This is a FMCG business with a product category closely aligned to Food Manufacturing and as such work to very short shelf life time scales.

This is an entrepreneurial technology led FMCG business in a rapid growth, with further plans to expand across Europe and Internationally. Therefore, for the right individual, there is substantial opportunity for career progression.

As Site Leader, you will have knowledge of World Class Manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of CI/Lean tools and have lead improvement projects and built high performing teams. Ideally you will be Black Belt or equivalent qualified.

The people piece is significant in this role, you will build a strong Site Leadership Team with the ability to coach and develop individuals to achieve the best performance.



The ideal candidate will come from FMCG/food manufacturing, or supply chain within a world class environment, ideally a Graduate, and have the skills to adapt those learnings into an entrepreneurial culture. This role will give you freedom to act and a broad remit.

Experience of managing supply chain centres or commissioning of new food production lines and project management would be a distinctive advantage, we need someone who can hit the ground running.
