Here you will be managing a small team developing high quality, innovative products for premium retail customers.

It's a varied role, managing NPD projects from concept through to launch. You'll be using your food knowledge and awareness of the latest trends to develop industry leading new products. This will involve taking the customer brief from ideation and recipe development stage with the team of talented development chefs; then through factory trials to launch. You'll work closely with colleagues across Production and Technical to ensure products are effectively scaled up in the factory and meet all required quality standards.

You will have the opportunity to work on first to market new concepts, working with customers that really push the boundaries in food innovation and have the highest quality standards. This would really suit someone with a true passion for creating exciting new products, particularly those with a focus on health and nutrition.

You will need experience in developing products for retail customers and knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities. You'll need to have some management experience and be able to lead and motivate your team.
