Based on the M4 corridor our client is recognised leader in their food industry sector. This exciting and broad-ranging position will give you the opportunity to be part of a small team with European reach.
You'll be responsible for the development of the marketing strategy, development & execution of marketing plan, initiatives and projects across the business. In this role you are expected to develop and deploy marketing tactics and best practices, creating actionable insights on the drivers of markets & consumers.
Set and manages marketing, communication, media strategy and tactical elements for the business.
Generate business insights for the sales team by analysing market, consumer and brand trends.
Outline key brand targets within current and new product range through dialogue with product development and European resources.
Develop and implement a media plan in support of advancing brand image in the market.
Actively participate in generating sales tools for specific meetings and general products and range that fit the needs of market.
Facilitate the deployment marketing campaigns.
Organise and manage relevant marketing events to support sales initiatives and customer events.
Basic level of food market knowledge
Good working knowledge of how to build value propositions
Ability to read and write procedures, instructions, policies, or documentation to implement daily activities.
Must have good people skills to be able to build a strong internal network.
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
A Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing field experience working in product management or marketing.
