This fantastic opportunity offers an experienced food Quality Manager or Assistant Technical Manager the chance to realise their career goals.

As the site Technical Manager in charge of a small manufacturing facility, you'll drive exacting quality and technical standards. Supplying complex chilled products to high-end QSR and Casual Dining customers, you'll understand food safety, compliance, quality and legality in high care environments. Audit ready is your mantra - you'll be confident in leading site audits by customers, BRC, local and central government agencies.

Your skills have been gained in a factory environment, ideally manufacturing fresh, chilled products, with experience managing and maintaining QMS, working to BRC standards and qualified up to HACCP level 3 or above.

This is a place where potential will be recognised. Your clear communication, influencing and coaching skills will be well-received, as you'll pass on your knowledge and high standards to production and factory technicians.
