Experienced Interim Finance Business Partner (Commercial) required for a fast-paced food manufacturing business in the South

My client is looking for an experienced Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner to support the business whilst they recruit a permanent candidate. You must have experience of working in a commercial finance role within the food industry due to the pace of this food manufacturing business.

This contract will be for an initial four months, and you must be available to start immediately.

You will be a Finance Business Partner to the National Account Managers, Commercial Controllers and their business unit teams in addition to supporting the Head of FBP in Business Partnering the CCO.

You will be responsible for providing robust financial management information, recommendations and challenging all aspects of the business to deliver improved decision support resulting in growth in Sales and/or EBITDA.

Responsible for leading a team of one report (shared resource) in working at pace to deliver accurate commercial proposition, robust financial analysis and driving a continuous improvement culture throughout all processes.

To apply you will ideally be fully qualified CIMA or ACCA. You must have the ability to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and have the resilience to work under pressure, at pace and with challenging stakeholders.

This is not a 9-5 role you must be willing to attend meetings with the leadership team at 7.30 am
