Here's a great role to get your teeth into.
You'll be working in a thriving product category on a diverse range of innovation projects.
Joining a successful food company with a great portfolio of products; you'll be developing delicious, on-trend new concepts for the major retailers and brands. There's loads of scope to develop into new areas and opportunities to progress too.
We are looking for an individual with great food credentials and experience in developing chilled foods for retail customers. You'll be managing key customer relationships so will need to be a confident presenter with real credibility when showcasing your ideas.
It's a fast-paced category with an exciting innovation pipeline. You'll be managing projects from concept to launch, working with site manufacturing teams and colleagues across commercial, purchasing and technical. You'll need strong project management skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about food and innovation, you'll need a keen eye for the latest trends and ability to translate these into commercially successful and delicious products. Ideally, you'll have knowledge across a range of categories and a track record in landing successful product ranges into retail.
