Our client is an innovative and fast growing popular business currently experiencing rapid growth, therefore making it an exciting time to be part of the team. 

As a Head of NPD, you will creatively design new products and take them from concept to launch, proactively seeking out new NPD opportunities to enhance the business by maintaining an awareness of new market trends and ingredients. You’ll also have responsibility for the technical specification of the product and working to approve suppliers. 

As a passionate ‘foodie’ you will have a technical understanding of the processes and ingredients involved in creating new premium bakery products. The successful candidate will have previous experience in NPD and time spent working as a patisserie chef in a fast paced bakery environment will be advantageous. An effective communicator, you will be a flexible and motivating manager.
