Assistant Production Manager

This position would support the Production Manager of an ice cream production line at this expanding, BRC AA accredited food manufacturer in West London.

The successful candidate will manage the day to day factory operations to ensure the company strategy is followed and business objectives are met.

• We are looking for candidates with previous experience in such a role (be that production manager, production supervisor or team leader) within a chilled or frozen food manufacturing environment. 
• Any experience with ice cream or frozen desserts would be of particular interest.
• We are looking for strong supervisory skills, a quick learner, hands on and someone who can identify issues before they happen/ implement corrective actions. 
• A problem solving background or an understanding of engineering would also be useful in this job.

Indicative Salary Range: £28000 - 32000
