Reliability Engineer (days based) - Food Manufacturing - Norfolk

An exciting opportunity to join a Blue Chip FMCG business that is looking for a Reliability Specialist to Join their team.

My client is a hugely successful, market-leading manufacturer who has a great reputation for looking after their people, offering them the opportunity to develop and progress within the business whilst work alongside a highly influential team.

They are Norfolk based in a very picturesque location, the factory has had lots of investment implementing new machinery and state of the art kit.

As Reliability Engineer it will be your duty to drive a reduction in technical downtime through the successful implementation of area reliability strategy and specific projects to reduce asset downtime.

You will need to be passionate about improving business processes and have the skillset and strategic mindset to ensure the completion of improvement projects.

You must be able to identify and implement small-scale improvement projects from conception through to completion, working closely with the relevant people across operations, IE, reliability, engineering, Quality, R&D and commercial etc.

To be considered for this role you will have proven ability to implement reliability PM strategies and be highly experienced in problem solving and Root Cause Analysis of technical issues.

Ideally you will have several years’ experience working within FMCG and know exactly what it’s like to work in a fast-paced factory (other industries will be considered).
