This is a great time to join this fast expanding FMCG business and be involved in the build of their new facility in the Midlands.
As Plant Manager/General Manager you will lead the Site Management Team and the commissioning of the new Supply Chain Centre in the Midlands.
Joining an astronomically fast-growing business, you will have the track record and experience of managing a Supply Chain Centre, but also have the energy to meet the growth ambition and pace of this business.
You will have FMCG food manufacturing experience, ideally short shelf life, and have led Site Management Teams including Operations, Technical and HR.
As Plant Manager, you will have knowledge of World Class Manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of CI/Lean tools and have lead improvement projects and built high performing teams.
The people piece is key - you will be able to build strong key stakeholder relationships within the Head Office and across the full Supply Chain, along with the ability to coach and build Operational teams.
This is a great role with an immediate appointment. This is an entrepreneurial FMCG business in a rapid growth, with further plans to expand operations, therefore there is substantial opportunity for career progression.
