This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing food business as General Manager of their new Site in Lincolnshire.

As General Manager you will lead the Operations team of this new food factory, working with the Group Director of Operations to develop a "best in class" model.

You will have experience of managing large scale food operations, working to the demands of short shelf-life product categories. My Client is in strong growth, so the ability to work at pace and manage exponential growth is essential.

We are seeking an authentic leadership style, the ability to mentor and coach teams to deliver high performance using development tools and techniques.

My Client operates within an on-trend category and its entrepreneurial approach requires the ability to develop problem solving solutions at pace using WCM and CI tools.

This role offers you the opportunity to work with a talented senior management team and influence key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will come from food manufacturing, or supply chain within a World Class environment, ideally a Graduate, and have the skills to adapt those learnings into an entrepreneurial culture. This role will give you freedom to act and a broad remit.
