About Our Client
We are working with a leading food manufacture into the retail sector who are looking for an experienced process technologist to join the business on a 6 month FTC.
About the Job
Manage the transfer of products from kitchen to factory
Managing factory trials and processes for the successful launch of new products.
Order new raw materials for trials and agree new raw material specifications.
Ensure approved product is tested for shelf life (micro & organoleptic), nutrition & cooking guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally will have a proven track as a process technologist in a chilled multi-component environment. Ideally, you will have a degree or similar, in a food science or related subject. You have the ability to influence and communicate on all levels. Flexible approach to work as this is a 6-month fixed term contract.
