Technical & Quality Manager (High Growth SME)

The Company.

The Role.
A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly skilled Technical Manager who has a love of all things healthy. The successful candidate will have a first class understanding of Products, Co-Packing/Manufacturing relationships and Quality / Food Safety Compliance.  This isn’t for the faint hearted, as the pace is fast, the standards are high and no day is the same. This role is a pivotal position which will involve closely working with internal team, third parties and customers and will enabling future growth plans of the business.

The Person.
With a passion for health & wellbeing, functional innovative food products and quality / food safety excellent, the successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar position where you can successfully demonstrate that you have managed co-manufacturing and retail customer relationships from a quality and food safety view point. Ideally qualified with a degree or equivalent in Foods Science/Technology or Nutrition, you will possess a strong and up to date knowledge of the regulatory framework, product safety, pack compliance, HACCP, BRC, and retailer accreditations. Chilled and retail own-label experience would be an advantage.
