Experienced Interim Production Manager required to support rapidly growing manufacturing business in Germany
YOU MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN GERMANY TO APPLY
This is an exciting time to join a business that is growing at over 100% year on year.
They have raised multiple rounds of venture capital and private equity funding, which has allowed them to expand.
They are currently looking for an Interim Production Manager to support the fulfillment centre in Germany whilst they recruit a permanent production manager.
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of people to ensure customer orders are met on time and to the correct standard. You will help support and develop the team to understand what good looks like in terms of processes, systems, and procedures.
To apply you must currently reside in Germany, have several years' experience of people management in a fast-moving consumer goods environment ideally food; fresh produce, sandwiches or horticulture; flowers
Desirable
- Experience in working with World-class manufacturers
- Comfortable with technology, lead the introduction of new systems and procedures using technology to support the operations.
