Job Details
Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a rapidly growing FMCG business at their new site near Dortmund, Germany.
As Production Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring the smooth running of the production facility with product quality and customer satisfaction at the core of all you do.
People and Process: You will have efficient, strategic processes in place whilst leading the team in a fast-paced, high pressurised environment.
You will be an influential leader coaching and mentoring where required and have a working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
You will have FMCG / food manufacturing experience (ideally short shelf life) and will have worked within a fast-paced factory before.
My client is looking for a hardworking and driven individual who can handle fast growth and high pressure, with an exciting growth plan in place progression is very realistic for the ambitious!
