Here you will be managing the NPD team developing innovative, fresh, and nutritious products for leading retail customers. The focus is on first to market new concepts that wow consumers; so we are looking for an NPD professional with great food credentials who has a proven track record in industry-leading innovation. Someone with the magic combination of commerciality, creativity, and high-quality standards.
It's a fast-paced role and company, with lots of exciting projects to lead. You'll be customer-facing, presenting new concepts with credibility and enthusiasm along with managing project timelines and expectations to keep everyone on board.
As NPD Manager you'll need to effectively engage with stakeholders across the business including colleagues in manufacturing, technical, and procurement to ensure projects land as planned. You'll need to be an inspirational leader who can guide, coach, and mentor your team to reach their potential and grow within the business. Previous experience in a similar NPD leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is going to be key; along with experience in managing retail customer relationships.
