Group NPD Manager

As Group NPD Manager you will manage and deliver all new product development projects from concept through to launch for multiple UK retailers. The business is part of food manufacturing heritage, renowned for the delivery of traditional products of the highest quality.

There will be no corners cut in this position, we are looking for an individual who works with pride and passion in everything they do. The position is heavily customer focussed and requires an individual who is passionate and experienced within this field.

You will be responsible for a number of product lines, developing new ideas, heading up projects and improving current lines. It will include looking closely at trends, consumer insight and retail strategy.

It is essential you have recent or current experience at NPD Manager or Development Manager level.

Highly desirable location and lovely food manufacturer.
