We're looking for someone, ideally with a Consultancy background, to develop the supply chain capabilities within one of the UK's fast growing start up businesses.

A unique opportunity has arisen with one of the most dynamic and fast-growing businesses in the UK. Due to this significant growth plan there is a need to quickly scale the supply chain to underpin their business ambitions and continue towards the next growth phase. Pace and challenge are guaranteed within this role, where you will become an integral part of the leadership team, working within an environment which is passionate about positive communication and employee engagement.

This newly created position of Head of Supply Chain Development will work closely with a world class tech team, developing supply chain capabilities whilst leading a team of supply chain professionals. We're looking for someone, ideally from a Consultancy background who has the depth of knowledge and experience to deliver these ambitious plans. You must have the ability to articulate simply, coupled with a balance of deep thinking and delivering. You will have extensive experience of problem solving, utilising your analysis tool kit, ideally within a food production or ecommerce environment. A strong technology understanding will be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
