Factory Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced & driven Factory Manager to join a large, fast paced environment. This role requires you to be hands on, dynamic and motivated by your team.

For this Factory Manager role, we require a strong man manager, an inspiring manager who engages and achieves through your team, whilst driving a culture of accountability.

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will play a major part in taking the factory forward and increasing the overall performance of the site. Knowledge and exposure to Lean manufacturing would be beneficial to any application.

Managing a team who are hungry you will have full autonomy for the day to day running of the site through a highly committed team. Going through a transitional period you will be expected to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, this site is a busy one!
