This role will work in a busy environment that has recently changed its business model bringing in a period of exciting positive change.
A new business direction has presented a great opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to come in and help embed a new people plan into this food manufacturing business. The key message of this role is positive change but also juggling this with the day to day of constantly being kept busy; this will suit some and not others.
This HR Manager / Business Partner position will be working Monday-Friday in a fast-moving food manufacturing business and so a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR role with specialist support in a small number of areas (some you might not be totally sad to see leave e.g. recruitment *ahem*!).
This business has an enviable position in the marketplace with an excellent product offering and a newly established working relationship with its customers.
This business is looking for someone that has worked in a HR environment within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment and ideally at some point, the food industry. A CIPD qualification (full or working towards) will be desirable. Enjoying working in a fast paced, ever changing HR environment is a must.
