The Company

This global business is a market leader in developing delicious food products loved by consumers all over the world. Their UK division is strengthening its European Licensed product team and they are now looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to help deliver their vision. The role is based at their head office in the North West with 20% travel expected to customers. (Post exceptional COVID conditions).

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Licensing, you’ll be leading the brand strategy and developing awareness-driving campaigns and marketing activation materials across a range of territories, working in conjunction with local European marketing teams and agencies.

You’ll be commercially astute and data driven, analysing products performance and profitability across a range of brands, countries and categories with the ambition to identify opportunities for growth and sell in the licensed range. Having a deep understanding of the customers’ preference and expectations you’ll successfully implement new products as part of their business identity. 

Balancing high level strategic thinking with a creative hands on approach you’ll help evolve and shape the product portfolio of well-known licensed lines.  Working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business as well as branded partners, you will carry on building this trusted partnership to help unlock mutual growth.

The Person

You’ll have a strong track record of brand development within the food industry coupled with a creative mindset. You’ll be able to demonstrate outstanding strategic thinking and have superb communication skills.  Having previous experience of working within a complex business is essential as well as being a complete team player with proven relationship building skills. In addition, you will have the ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to hit key project milestones and launch profitable lines internationally.
