This role is working for a company that was founded on a set of principles and a vision to provide high quality, well-researched products. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Sales & Export in the development of the UK Trade and Export business and coordinate related activities as required.
You will support the UK and Export sales teams to ensure the efficient and accurate development of trading relationships, product launches and order downloading on a day-to-day basis plus ensure all trade customers receive professional services and support.
You will also manage and coordinate inbound orders and customer queries, work closely with the supply chain function to understand stock & replenishment cycles, and manage customer promotion activities.
This role would suit an individual who is looking to develop their role and progress with the company.
You will possess sales, commercial, trade or customer-facing supply chain experience working in a B2B trade, preferably within food manufacturing, beverages, pharmaceuticals or other FMCG.
You will be a highly organised and coordinated individual with strong IT skills (Email, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) together with the ability to learn company bespoke systems.
A driving licence and own transport will also be required due to site location.
The Trade & Export Sales Coordinator job is based in East Sussex and is paying a competitive salary according to individual skills and previous experience plus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
