Are you an experienced Factory Manager or Manufacturing Manager with a proven track record of managing a successful team in the Food or Fresh Produce industry? If so we want to hear from you.

About Our Client

Our client, a well-established Food manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire, who supply their high-quality product in to the major UK Supermarkets. There BRC Grad AA*+ site is the 3rd largest manufacturer in their specialism in the UK.

About the Job

As Factory Manager you will report directly to the Site General Manager, overseeing the successful function and Operation of the Production facility, including Technical, H&S, Engineering and HR. The position is responsible for the running of the day to day running of the site, ensuring that the production facility is cost-effective and continually improving, whilst maintaining the high BRC Standards the business set. You will be part of the Senior Management, and so liaising and handling Key Stakeholders will be a major aspect of the day to day function of this role.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an established Factory Manager who has been responsible for large teams, in the Food Manufacturing industry. They will be results orientated, driven and ambitious. A forward-thinking, Continuous improvement driven individual would be a great advantage, whilst having the ability to mentor and develop a team of individuals is also sort after.
