This is a unique and new opportunity within the Group to assume responsibility for the mechanical and electrical engineering activities whilst leading, managing and strategically developing improvements on all main operations sites across the breadth of the UK.
You will be travelling across all sites across the UK, working closely with all key stakeholders - to include note only Site Managers but also the SLT within the Group. It is vital to the success of the role that whilst designing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems you will also give particular focus to the dedicated people at each facility. To be successful in this role you must come from an Engineering background with specialist experience in CI, Process Improvement, Project Management and be an excellent People Manager. It is absolutely essential that you have strong people skills, able to influence and 'bring people with you on the journey.'
It is highly desirable that you will have relevant agricultural industry experience but if not, experience and a grounding within a perishable FMCG environment is essential.How to Apply
